When can I redeem my Loyalty Reward points? You will receive your first Loyalty Rewards points on the 15th of the month following your first Loyalty Rewards order. As soon as they have been added, you are welcome to call Member Services at (800) 411-8151 to redeem your points. You may call our European Member services at +44 20 3286 4483 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to redeem your points. Points cannot be redeemed online, but can only be done through Member Services.
What are the points equal to? The points are usually equal to the PV amount of the products in Europe. Where the PV has been reduced to keep the cost down, the points total will usually equate to the points total set in the US market which is normally equivalent to the wholesale dollar value of the product.
Here is the point redemption policy for the international markets:
1) Point redemption is for product only – points may not be redeemed for sales aids, diffusers, etc…
2) Points will be earned and redeemed based on the local PV value.
3) Partial PV items including LLV, Family Physician Kit, Intro Kit etc…will earn product points based on the local PV of these items. Redemption value should be set no lower than the US redemption value. Here are a couple European examples:
- Example: LLV in Germany has a price of 70Euros, 60PV and point redemption of 143.5.
- Example: Family Physician Kit has a PV value of 115 in Europe and point redemption of 125 (similar to the U.S. 125 Point redemption value. Hypothetically, if PV for this kit in Europe were increased to 125 or 130, point redemption could be set at a higher level than 125PR. It should not be lower than 125PR.
4) All other kits will earn points based on the local PV value and redeem based on the full local PV value of the individual products.

Do I have to pay for anything when I use my points? Yes. When you place a points order there is a 2€/£ fee for every one-hundred point increment, in addition to the shipping cost of the package. The breakdown for the 2€/£ is as follows:
0-99 points used: 2€/£ fee
100-199 points used: 4€/£ fee
200-299 points used: 6€/£ fee
300-399 points used: 8€/£ fee
400-499 points used: 10€/£ fee
If I go over my point balance, can I pay the difference? No, you are not able to go over the available balance you have with your points.
Why is there a point redemption fee? The point redemption is a small processing fee which allows dōTERRA to continue the Loyalty Rewards points program.
Can I use left-over points to pay for the shipping and/or point redemption fee? No. Points have no cash value and therefore can never be used to pay for shipping or the point redemption fee. These fees can only be paid with AR balance or credit card.
Can my points order count as my Loyalty Rewards Order/Autoship for the month? No. Your points order is a completely different order than your Loyalty Rewards/Autoship order, and will not count as your monthly order. In order to stay active on Loyalty Rewards, you must have an LRP order run every month.
When will my points expire? Your points expire one year from when you receive them.
Example: If you receive 10 points in January 2011 and 15 points in February 2011, your 10 points received in January 2011 will expire in January of 2012, and your 15 points received in February 2011 will expire in February 2012.
Please keep in mind, that when a points order is placed, we always use your oldest points first.

What is the Fast Track Program and how does it work? Fast Track is a program that can help you start at a higher percentage and higher points when you start with the Loyalty Rewards. There are four kits that would qualify you for the Fast Track Program: Business Leader Kit, Every Oil Kit, Oil Sharing Kit, Natural Solutions Kit. If you order one of these kits within the first 30 days of enrollment and then order 100 PV on your first LRP order, you will be eligible for higher points and percentages. The starting levels are determined by which kit you order as seen below:
• Business Leader Kit: Start at 25% and get 400 Points
• Every Oil Kit and Oil Sharing Kit: Start at 20% and get 200 Points
• Natural Solutions Kit: Start at 15% and get 100 Points
How does dōTERRA Europe pay commissions? In Europe commissions are paid weekly (Fast Start Bonus) and monthly (other bonuses) just as they would be elsewhere in the world. However, commissions are paid directly to the IPCs A/R Balance. The balance can then be used by the IPC to purchase products, or the IPC can request that the funds be transferred to their bank account. E-mail requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the IPCs ID number and bank details.
What is Personal Volume (PV)? PV is personal volume, on many products the PV will match the wholesale value. There are a few products that the PV may be less than the cost (Ex: Family Physician Kit). Shipping costs and tax do not count as PV, so the Euro or pound amount of our order will generally be more than the PV amount.
OV is your team's overall volume. This becomes important to know as you try to qualify for bonuses and rank advancements. It is your volume plus the volume of the your entire downline.
How do I earn Fast Start bonuses? Fast Start bonuses are paid on a weekly basis to the Enroller. The Fast Start week runs Monday through Sunday. Checks are cut the Wednesday of the week following when the order was placed and are then mailed out on Thursday.
This bonus is paid on the new enrollee’s volume for their first 60 days. The following levels can earn a cash bonus on the new enrollees volume:
• Enrollment Level 1 (new enrollee is on your front line) - 20 % of the Enrollees Order Volume
• Enrollment Level 2 (new enrollee is on your second line) - 10% of the Enrollees Order Volume
• Enrollment Level 3 (new enrollee is on your third line) - 5% of the Enrollees Order Volume
* In order to earn a fast start bonus, Enrollers must have their Loyalty Rewards Program template set to 100 PV when Fast Start runs (even if a 100pv LRP order has already ran, the current template must reflect 100pv). Enrollers must also have a 100 PV Loyalty rewards order run that month .
* If one enrollment level does not have an LRP order of 100 PV that does not affect your bonus. You will still earn the assigned percentage at your level. There is no compression.
* The new enrollee does not have to have a 100PV Loyalty Rewards Order for enrollers to qualify for Fast Start.
How much do I have to order on my Loyalty Rewards (LRP) orders to earn Unilevel commissions? To earn Unilevel commissions, there is no requirement for an LRP order. For Consultant Rank, a member must order at least 50 PV (this is not required to be on an LRP order). For Manager Rank and above, an IPC must order at least 100pv (again, this is not required to be on an LRP order).
When are commissions processed? Commissions are processed on the 15th of every month for the previous month. For example, February’s commissions are processed on 15th March.
If I want to move someone in my downline, who do I contact? Please email email@example.com with any placement changes or concerns.
* All requests must come from the enroller. No one else may request a placement change.
* Sponsor changes can only take place within the first 30 days of the IPCs enrolment.
* After 30 days the new IPC is in their final placement.
* The Enroller of a member can be changed once in an IPC’s lifetime membership.
Can I earn Fast Start and Unilevel on the same person at the same time? No, Fast Start and Unilevel cannot be earned on the same person at the same time. After the 60-day Fast Start period, you will be paid based on the Unilevel commissions for the new enrollee.
When do I have to have my Loyalty Order template set up in order to qualify for Fast Start? You should have your template set to 100PV at all times to ensure your qualification in Fast Start.
Can husbands and wives have their own account? No, husbands and wives are considered one unit and so they will not be able to have two different accounts. If doTERRA does find that there are two accounts, the newer account will be terminated.

As an IPC, can I use the doTERRA logo? A consultant can use the IPC logo that can be found on the www.doterratools.com website but cannot use the dōTERRA logo. The IPC logo specifies that one is an "Independent Product Consultant" with dōTERRA.
What is the difference between a personally enrolled member and a sponsered team member? The compensation plan pays bonuses based on both of those. A personally sponsored team member is someone who is directly under you graphically. However, a personally enrolled person is not necessarily on your front line (they can be, but aren't required to be).

In Europe, if the country is not part of the EU (ie Switzerland, Norway, Russia) you will likely have to pay customs duties, and/or VAT for your country. When doing a festival/health booth, is there any support from the main office to provide product on a "loan" situation? Do I need to register this as an event with dōTERRA? Is there any assistance or support (with special deals or promotions) that I can have from dōTERRA to attract people to the stand and help them sign-up or purchase product? If you want to host an event anywhere in the EU, we would request that you fill out the Europe Event Policy document and submit a plan for your event at least 6 weeks before the event happens. I've noticed a warning on the a2Z Chewable bottle about accidental overdose of iron-containing products that can be fatal for children under 6 years of age. I know that children can do things with other vitamins or medication, but because of the specific warning on this, maybe this needs a little more attention. The FDA requires that any product containing iron that is marketed to children must include the iron warning. The exact wording required is defined by the FDA. The iron in one tablet is a healthy and safe amount, and the product has a child safety cap.
One of our IPCs would like to sign somebody up in Spain. Apparently, this future IPC was injured a few years and put on a pension from the government. She would like to sign up but afraid that the government would find out she is "working" and earning money from a different source. Is there any kind of report to the Spainish government when somebody earns money from commissions in doTERRA? doTERRA does not provide any information to the tax authorities in Spain at this point in time. As the market in Spain grows, there will come a time when we might be required to provide this information.
At the moment all commissions are paid into their A/R balance. They can use this money to pay for their products, or they can request that the money be transferred to their bank account.
Of course, it is the IPCs obligation to file their own tax information with the authorities. They have all the information they need with the commission summaries to be able to do so.
However, at this point doTERRA will not provide this information to the Spanish authorities directly.
As IPCs, are we allowed to sell products on e-bay in Europe? No, PCs are not allowed to sell the products on e-bay or Amazon in Europe until such time that the company is officially registered in that country.
If anyone sees sales being done on ebay or Amazon, they should contact email@example.com immediately to alert the company so that it can be handled legally.
